Squash is a fast-growing sport in the mid-west that improves not only physical stamina, but also teaches children how to strategize and focus while competing.

Since squash is a lesser known sport in the mid-western US, students can learn to play and compete on a local and national level, without having to have started at 5 years old. We know this is true, because many of our junior squash players who are now playing Gold and National level tournaments started as old as 12 years old. Many of these juniors play other sports with their schools such as soccer, basketball, tennis and golf.
